Over the next 25 years I worked my way through technician, shop supervisor, maintenance management, and ultimately to Chief Operating Officer — responsible for full P&L performance at a $248M trucking operation and maintenance-executive leadership within a $2.5B asset-based carrier. I have worked across finance, safety & risk, maintenance, assets, and operations at the executive leadership level. I have never just advised from the outside.
