  • I’ve spent more than three decades inside trucking and transportation operations, working directly in fleet environments where cash flow discipline, people, asset uptime, cost control, and execution determine performance. My work has always been grounded in execution—how the business runs everyday - determines success.


  • I have contributed to companies such as Overnite Transportation, J.B. Hunt Transport, Stevens Transport, Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Builders Transportation, Southwestern Motor Transport and Jones Logistics. I have been responsible for performance and financial outcomes.


  • My work is not advisory work and it is not theoretical. I work inside the business alongside leadership and their teams to restore discipline, consistency, and accountability. The focus is practical: Assess, stabilize, train, execute.


  • My experience spans the full business lifecycle—finance, people, asset acquisition, compliance, cost controls, customer satisfaction. I’ve overseen and led organizations through periods where cash flow reliability, budget discipline, and operational credibility were critical.


  • Over time, I’ve learned problems rarely stem from lack of effort. They occur when execution breaks down, priorities blur, and discipline erodes. When that happens, cash flow lags, vendors and customers are unhappy and the business is on the brink.


  • My role is to step in before those patterns become entrenched.


  • I work directly with executive leadership, to re-establish clear expectations, enforce consistent execution, and build systems & processes that hold up under daily operational pressure—so fleets can operate predictably and sustain.


  • I have been a part of the Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC) for more than 20 years. I have chaired the S.5 and the S.2 Study Groups. I have led many technical sessions and been a frequent guest panelist for technical sessions. I have been featured in Transport Topics, CCJ Magazine and Fleet Maintenance Magazine, where my work and maintenance expertise have been showcased.

  • This is not consulting.
  • I operate as hands-on executive level leadership, embedded in the operation. The focus is execution—what must change to improve cash flow, uptime, control costs, and ensure sustainability.
  • I don’t deliver presentations. I help organizations execute better, day after day.
