My Journey
My career in trucking began in 1987 as a trailer mechanic with Overnite Transportation. Over the next 35+ years, I intentionally built a career by learning every aspect of the industry—from maintenance and operations to safety, finance, and executive leadership.
That journey took me through leadership roles with organizations including J.B. Hunt Transport, Roadrunner Transportation Systems, and Jones Logistics, ultimately leading complex transportation organizations with full responsibility for a $248 million P&L.
Today, I bring that same hands-on experience and executive perspective to transportation companies that want more than advice. I partner with owners and executive teams to strengthen operations, develop leaders, solve complex business challenges, and build organizations positioned for long-term success.
